Natalie is available as a short-term interim Executive Director/CEO to take the helm during a gap in leadership and guide the board and staff to stay on course and/or address any systems or capacity issues. She can provide hands-on, impactful leadership during executive transition.

In that time, she can use her vast areas of knowledge and draw from decades of experience to lay down important groundwork and prepare the business or non-profit for its next leader.
